Our heart is a blood-conducting machine. It spreads oxygenated pure blood throughout the body and carries contaminated blood. Symptoms of heart disease:

The chest hurts. Pain or palpitations can be felt especially on the left side of the chest. Pain can spread up to the shoulders and neck. The heart rate is irregular, the pulse speed increases. There may be difficulty in breathing. It’s lately tired, dizziness.

Causes of heart disease: If there is no judgment in eating and drinking, eating too much adulterated and oily things, increasing excess body fat or becoming fat, increase in cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, excessive smoking, lack of mental tension, lack of physical labor, high blood pressure for a long time.
