A saree with a design called “Phoolbodi” which is spread over the entire saree is the most expensive and also requires rigorous artistry to weave. It takes about 17-20 days to weave this beautiful designer saree. Tripura’s artisan Sri Jharna Debarna is well versed in weaving traditional Tripura sarees.
