Ingredients: 40 grams of meat, 6 cloves, 2 eggs, a piece of cinnamon, 60 gms, a piece of ginger, 3-4 raw peppers, some coriander leaves, 40 gm of refined oil or ghee. For polao – Jaha rice 50 grams, 120 gm of onion, clove, cardamom, 3 gm of cinnamon, salt in taste, 1 liter of water, 10 grams of oil or ghee. System: Wash the meat and remove bones and fats in small pieces
Cut it. Boil the rice. Wash the beetroot porridge and cook it. Add long, good sugar, cooked beets, raw pepper, ginger and meat. Mix coriander leaves, salt and beated eggs. Make a few balls with the prepared floor. Soak your hand in water when making the ball. Heat oil in a pan and cook the bowls in the oil and fry it slightly brown. Fry the rice prepared, i.e. take the fry no rice. Add hot spices in oil before cooking rice. On the other hand, fry the onion in oil. Before performing, decorate it with costa and fried onion.
