Trant Council, 1545-1563 (The Council of Trent, 1545-1563):

The Pope Paul IV called a meeting of the bishops in the trent. Its main purpose was to reform the existence of Catholic religion. A committee was formed for 18 years to dispel the superstitions that appeared in Roman Catholic religion at the trrent meeting. It emphasized the sanctity and simplicity of the Catholic religious people. It was announced that Pope is the only explanation of the Bible. The Bible was published in a new revised episode. Scientists or priests who failed to perform religious activities appropriately and correctly were dissolved from their posts. Medieval Ecclesical Court of Inquisition was revived.
