d) Consumer Rights Ans: &nbsp;All the citizens of our country can enjoy some rights in consumer protection ǀ these are called consumer rights ǀ the rights enjoyed by consumers are- 1)&nbsp;Before buying any item, consider the price, weight, purity, quality of the item. 2)&nbsp;Formation of consumer protection association for consumer protection. 3)&nbsp;Filing consumer grievances before consumer protection association or consumer court. 4)&nbsp;Take assistance of consumer protection laws as required. 5)&nbsp;Demanding punitive action against the cheating seller. 6)&nbsp;Origin of right to consumer education. All of us should be interested and aware of these rights. Let me assure you that I will not stop anyone. Consumer rights issues around the world have created a current wave of public awareness. Based on that, March 15 is observed as the World Jury Consumer Rights Day.

(e) Consumer Court Ans: &nbsp;For redressal of consumer disputes 'Consumer Disputes Redressal Form' is constituted ǀ Yak Consumer Adalat Buli Koa. All categories of customers can avail the benefits of complaints by submitting proper information and evidence. It is usually formed by bringing the form. as if - (a)&nbsp;District wise –&nbsp;District Dispute Resolution Form.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; (b)&nbsp;State-wise –&nbsp;&nbsp; State Dispute Resolution Form. (c)&nbsp;Nationally based –&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; National Dispute Resolution Form.

3) Determining pure and impure - (a)&nbsp;The Consumer Protection Act applies only to goods purchased in stores. Answer -&nbsp;Impure. (b) India is the only state which has enacted legislation in the field of consumer protection. Answer:&nbsp;Pure. (c) Consumers who are victims of exploitation shall be referred to the district dispute resolution system. Answer:&nbsp;Pure. (d) Consumer Protection Act applies only to valuables and valuables.
