How to do it – you will continue to breathe until physical fatigue like Kapalbhati. At that time, the breath completely moves into the lower abdomen, which causes the lower abdomen. Thus, take at least 15 times through the right nose and seize the air (Aquarius) for 10/15 seconds and leave it slowly through the left nose. Do this again and again.
