Summary

Answer: No, not everyone has a cosy bed or a safe home during the rainy season.
Some poor people have to take shelter under shop roofs, bus stops, railway stations, verandas or temporary sheds. They may struggle to keep themselves and their belongings dry.
Stray dogs and other animals also search for protection under trees, buildings, sheds or other covered places. This reminds us that while rain can be pleasant for some, it can also be difficult for people and animals without proper shelter.

* Summary:
This is a lyrical poem by coats Kinney. IN this poem , the poet shows his love for nature and praises the beauty of nature. The poet says that when the clouds filled with rain vapors fleet in the sky everybody feels thrilled. The sadness weeping in rainy tears. It is very enjoyable to have rest in a cosy bed. when it is ranning outside. It is very enjoyable to hear the pattering sound of rain on the roof. This makes an echo in the poets heart.
