Ans: The village is green and beautiful. Mon plays with birds. He chases butterflies. He runs around the paddy field.

c. On which day will the boy plant some saplings?

Ans: On Sunday the boy will plant some saplings.

d. Which trees will the boy plan t?

Ans: The boy will plant Mango and neem sapling.

3. Complete the paragraph :

(i) Everyday Mon meets an old man.

(ii) The old man is Kanika’s grand-father.

(iii) Kanika is Mon’s classmate .

(iv) Mon reads in class three.

(v) The old man sits under a big tree.

(vi) The big tree is in front of Kanika’s house.

4. Complete the sentences using the words in bracket :
