In the society, many people want to look down upon the left-handers, which sometimes suffers from anxiety. There is a need to create awareness in the minds of the people to remove misconceptions about left-handed people. With such a goal, it is from 1976 to 13.The International Left Day is celebrated on August. This day is led by an organization called ‘Lefthanders International’. This is an international platform for left-handed people. The day also promotes the achievements of the famous leftists in the fields of literature, culture, sports, politics etc. so that the common left-handers get mental strength and motivation.
